Meet Prakash Sapkota: The Journey
Prakash Sapkota was born and raised in Gorkha and Lamjung, a district between the Annapurna and Manaslu mountain ranges. He contributes a lot of cultural and natural knowledge to every journey. Prakash has been a trekker for a long time. It's not just a job for him; it's a passion that has been influenced by nature, tradition, and years of exploring the Himalayas.
Prakash has been a guide for more than 16 years and has guided hundreds of successful treks on both Nepal's most famous routes and some of its less well-known hidden trails. His knowledge of the land, the people, and safe trekking procedures makes sure that every guest has a great time, whether they're in the wild valleys of Tsum and Ruby Valley or on the magnificent peaks of Everest and Annapurna.
He is also a trained mountain guide and has climbed technical summits like Island Peak and Lobuche East. This makes him a great partner for both conventional treks and high-altitude climbs.
